Dosage/Direction for Use
Directions: Use only as directed.
Adults and children 12 years and older: massage gently into affected joints and muscles 3-4 times per day.
Contraindications
Do not use: on open wounds or damaged skin; beneath tightly wound bandages; on a child under 12 years of age; near the eyes.

For external use only.
Special Precautions
Ask a doctor if: skin redness or irritation develops; pain lasts more than 10 days; symptoms clear up & occur again in a few days. Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin.
